  1. You get a 60% to 85% royalty for each of your items sold.
  2. We support a number of payment systems to make it easier for you to receive the money for your items.
  3. By putting your products on sale in our store, you make them accessible to many people frequenting our website, we have a lot of registered members, the first of whom joined us as far back as February 2004.
  4. We use an extremely secure payment system at our website.
  5. We keep your content as securely as possible.
  6. We process, track and report sales for you.
  7. We have a very simple and easy to use system for uploading your media.
You get a 60% to 70% royalty for each item sold.
  1. First, you need to register at the Marketplace.
  2. Then you can submit your content to the catalog, and you pay nothing for that!
  3. Please note that in order to receive the money for your items sold, you'll have to wait until the total sum of royalties due to you reaches $10 or more.
We pay our sellers once a month, between the 10th and the 15th day of the month, for the sales made in the previous month. For example, you may be paid on April 15th for all the sales you generated in March. Your money will be sent to you via the payment system you have specified in your Settings -> Payment details. Please note that no money is sent until the total sum of royalties due to the seller amounts to at least $25.
You can find everything you need to do that in your Settings. You can enter your PayPal and/or Payoneer, WebMoney, etc. Please note that we cannot send you the money for your items sold unless you specify some payment method.
Yes, you can. In this case, you should select the following payment method: Money on Hold. However, please note that we cannot send you the money until we receive your Paypal, Payoneer, WebMoney or other payment account details.
We strive to have only the best quality content on offer, so we reserve the right to remove any items we deem inappropriate for our catalog.

Yes, you can do it any time you want. Click [edit] to edit you model; click [delete], to remove it. You can do that on the item's page or in the My Items section.
Yes, you can. Go to Settings page to Username section.
If you have a lot of products and would like to upload them to the Marketplace, please send an e-mail, with a couple of images attached for our review, to support@3dexport.com
Immediately, i.e. right after you submitted it to our store. However, please note that we review all submissions to ensure high quality.
Please open a new ticket at the Support page and describe the problem in detail, we will do our best to fix it as soon as possible.
Some of our users have received Badges complimenting them on their good values. A Badge lets other users learn more about its owner's reliability as it was issued for the user's being active, not just for having a single asset.

Yes, we do, provided that you are qualified for that: We offer Chargeback Protection for up to 3 fraudulent purchases per month, but only for Top Seller Top and Featured Seller Featured Sellers.

Yes, we do. All our buyers can get a discount of up to 10 percent on each item purchased. Please read more at the Buy 3D Models page.
Yes, we do. If you purchased a product and found some error in the renders or description, we'll try to fix the problem as soon as possible. If we cannot correct the error, we will cancel your order and you will get your money back within 24 hours from downloading the item. Read more conditions here
Yes, you do. Registration is FREE and lets you buy products and other stuff quickly and easily.
You can pay for an item via Paypal, Skrill (Payoneer) or with a credit card. Please use a shopping cart for purchases.
We use the Paypal, Skrill.com (Payoneer) and Webmoney systems. We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard, Paypal, WMZ etc.
Immediately! You can download all your purchased items on the Downloads section.
Our Support Dept. works 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Support tickets are generally responded to within 7 hours; however, it may take more time to process tickets in complicated cases.
Just open new ticket and make a request for the format you need, and we will try to convert the model for you. Please note that the converted 3D model's quality might differ from that of the original model. Check more info by follow link.
We block any free email accounts because a lot of fraudsters use free emails for fraud payments. We care about our sellers and try to protect them by any possible ways. But if you want make purchase via free email, you can contact with our Support Dept. and ask to add you into our white list of emails. Sorry for the inconvenience.
