Refund policy
We value you as our customer and want you to be happy with the product that you receive from us. We guarantee that your tubers/bulbs will arrive to you in excellent condition as we go through multiple checks to ensure that we are supplying you with the best quality product.
Even though we take all the precautions to provide a quality product we ask that upon receipt of your order: please inspect your tubers/bulbs immediately and contact us via email at:
thefarmhouseflowerfarm@gmail.com within a week of your order arriving if you have any concerns.
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements after the 7 days.
Please do not contact us via social media on Instagram or Facebook. Also please understand that we can NOT be held responsible for improper storage once you receive your tubers/bulbs, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive or negligence. We are inspected and certified by the Washington State Department of Agriculture.
